1. Scope

These terms and conditions apply to all services offered by Resoul Rebels, including but not limited to: group experiences (such as Resoul Sessions), 1:1 energetic coaching or mentorship trajectories, digital products (e.g. downloadable artwork or audio activations), live or online events, and bespoke bookings. Program-specific terms (e.g. for Resoul Practitioner Facilitator Training) apply in addition to this document and are provided separately upon registration.

2. Consumers and Business Clients

Some of Resoul Rebels' services are purchased by private individuals (consumers) and some by businesses or self-employed professionals (B2B). Where relevant, these terms distinguish between both. By requesting a business invoice or booking under a company name, the client confirms they are acting as a business. Consumer protection provisions under Dutch law (including the right of withdrawal under articles 6:230o and further of the Dutch Civil Code) do not apply to B2B agreements.

For consumers purchasing services online or at a distance: the right of withdrawal is explicitly excluded for live events, bespoke services, and digital content, in accordance with article 6:230p sub e and sub m of the Dutch Civil Code. This exclusion is confirmed at the time of booking.

3. Booking and Participation

Group Sessions (a.o. Resoul Sessions and Series)

•       Once booked, your participation is confirmed and non-refundable.

•       Your booking is personal. If you are unable to attend, you may send someone else in your place. Please notify us of this change at least 48 hours in advance.

•       Late arrivals cannot be admitted once the door is closed. We close the door 2 minutes before the start time. Missing the session due to lateness will be treated as a no-show.

1:1 Trajectories

•       These programs require mutual commitment to create flow and ensure good results.

•       Sessions are pre-scheduled in consultation at the beginning of the trajectory.

•       We schedule in a rhythm of once every 1 to 3 weeks, depending on what matches your needs.

•       You may reschedule a session up to 48 hours in advance in case of illness or exceptional circumstances.

•       Missed sessions without valid reason or notification will not be rescheduled.

•       Repeated rescheduling, repeated delay in scheduling, or cancellations may result in termination of the agreement without refund.

Bespoke Bookings (Private Days, Custom Ceremonies, Festival Slots, Corporate Bookings)

•       A bespoke booking is any arrangement in which a client reserves an exclusive date or time slot for a custom-designed session or event, whether for private, professional, or commercial purposes.

•       Upon confirmation and payment, Resoul Rebels blocks the agreed date exclusively for the client and ceases all promotion and ticket sales for that date.

•       Bespoke bookings are non-refundable and non-cancellable after payment. The full amount remains due regardless of the reason for cancellation, including low attendance, personal circumstances, or changed plans.

•       The responsibility for attendance, guest outreach, and event logistics on the client's side rests entirely with the client. Resoul Rebels does not bear any risk or responsibility for the client's ability to fill the event.

•       In the event of cancellation by the client, no right to restitution exists. In accordance with article 7:411 lid 2 of the Dutch Civil Code, the full agreed fee is owed when cancellation is attributable to the client.

•       Resoul Rebels is willing to explore alternative arrangements (such as a different date or format) at its own discretion, but is under no obligation to do so.

Training Programs

•       For training programs like the Resoul Practitioner, participation is subject to additional program-specific terms and conditions, which must be agreed upon separately.

4. Payment, Cancellation & Refunds

•       All services must be paid upfront unless a payment plan has been explicitly agreed upon.

•       Due to the nature of this work, including energetic preparation and limited spots, refunds cannot be issued for live events (on site or online).

•       Group session tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable to other dates. Think of it like buying a concert ticket: if you cannot make it, it is your responsibility to find someone to take your place.

•       1:1 sessions cancelled less than 48 hours in advance will be considered used unless due to a legitimate emergency.

•       No-shows will always be counted as used sessions.

•       Resoul Rebels reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event of cancellation by Resoul Rebels, participants will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund of the registration fee.

5. Use of Bundles (Hero Packs)

•       Resoul Hero Packs (6x and 12x sessions) are valid until the dates specified at purchase.

•       Sessions can be shared with friends or family, provided they attend with your knowledge and intent, and you notify us of their name at least 48 hours before the session.

•       Sessions may be gifted or reimbursed at your discretion, but not resold for profit unless part of an official affiliate agreement.

•       If we suspect abuse or unauthorized commercial use, your pack will be deactivated without refund.

6. Health, Safety & Liability

•       Participants must inform facilitators of any medical conditions, medications, or concerns before the session.

•       Participants are expected to have reviewed contraindications listed on our website and to consult a medical professional in case of any doubt.

•       You are responsible for your own physical, emotional, and energetic well-being during and after sessions.

•       Resoul Rebels is not liable for any decisions made or actions taken following participation.

•       Resoul Rebels reserves the right to ask a participant to leave a session if, in its reasonable judgment, the participant's physical or mental condition makes continued participation unsafe or unsuitable, for themselves or others. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

7. Intellectual Property

•       All materials, techniques, and recordings shared during sessions are the intellectual property of Resoul Rebels. Reproduction or distribution without written permission is not allowed.

•       Resoul Rebels may record audio and/or video during sessions for promotional or educational purposes. We intend to do so with integrity and respect. By participating, you consent to such recordings unless you notify us in writing before the session.

8. Code of Conduct

•       We expect mutual respect, confidentiality, and presence. Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from sessions or programs without refund.

9. Digital & Physical Product Sales

•       Artwork, prints, and downloadable media (such as audio transmissions and light-coded artwork products) fall under digital and physical product sales.

•       All purchases of digital downloads are final and non-refundable.

•       Physical products can be returned within 14 days only if damaged or defective upon arrival. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

10. Applicable Law

•       These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the courts of The Hague.

By booking or purchasing any Resoul Rebels service, product, or program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
